About you:
You will be working closely with the clients and founders of BOB & D2C brands to drive the future-oriented vision and plans around omnichannel commerce.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a Marketing Associate who blends content, design, and community. This is not a siloed role, you'll work across social media, brand storytelling, partnerships, and events. If you enjoy being both creative + strategic + people-facing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media content calendar; create engaging posts, short-form videos, and assets (carousels, decks, campaign creatives).
- Drive LinkedIn content strategy and founder personal branding.
- Build and nurture partnerships with sponsors, creators, and event collaborators.
- Lead founder community engagement and execute campaigns, events, and initiatives end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively spearhead marketing efforts, making quick decisions and hustling to capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure visible pipeline of MQLs/SQLs from all marketing activities through targeted community and campaign execution.
- Track performance with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights); report on KPIs like engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Act as a fast learner, adapting swiftly to new tools, trends, and priorities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in social media, content, marketing, or design roles.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling for engaging, conversion-focused content.
- Proficient in design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Comfortable on-camera for UGC, Reels, and short-form videos (a plus).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication for external coordination (partners, sponsors, communities).
- Bias for action: proactive, fast learner who hustles, experiments, and drives decisions.
- Experience tracking marketing KPIs, including MQL/SQL pipeline generation.
Bonus Points
- Background in D2C, SaaS, or startups.
- Proven LinkedIn growth or founder branding.
- Hands-on with influencer marketing, community building, or founder networks.
