Community and Operations Manager

BhagClub is looking for a Community Manager for Delhi

This person will build the Bhag community and make sure our events actually happen. You'll take ideas from concept to ground, from weekly runs to new experiences across running, fitness and wellness.

What you'll do:

•Grow and manage the community on WhatsApp and beyond

•Plan and run weekly runs and community events

•Handle venues, vendors, coaches and partners

•Own on-ground logistics and solve problems on the day

You'll fit if you have 2 to 5 years in community, events, experiential marketing, sports, fitness or hospitality. You're organised, creative, calm when plans change, and happy to be hands-on. Early mornings and weekends come with the territory.
