About the Role

This is a Community & Events Specialist role at TTT, a co-owner seat for the events and community programs that make up our largest brand surface.

You will work directly with the Founder and the rest of events leadership across our flagship conferences and our ongoing community programs.

If you want a role where you create real impact, run community programs, own attendee experience, sponsor delivery, content quality, and end-to-end success with direct and consistent leadership access, this is that role.

What You Will Do

• Co-own the annual events and community calendar with the Community & Events Lead, then independently own what is assigned to you end-to-end

• Drive speaker sourcing, curation, and finalization for your assigned tracks, events, or community programs

• Own the landing page brief, conversion-optimized copy and design coordination, and weekly conversion improvements

• Make events live across Own Website, LinkedIn, Meetup, partner platforms

• Own attendee and community member communication end-to-end, pre-event nurture, RSVPs, no-show recovery, on-the-day comms, post-event re-engagement

• Run thank-you flows, feedback collection, NPS analysis, and post-event analytics on growth, engagement, retention, and persona

• Co-own sponsor delivery for your events with the BD/Partnerships team, booth experience, sponsor ROI metrics, lead handoff hygiene

• Onsite ops ownership on event days, vendor coordination, AV, F&B, signage, attendee flow

• Drive community engagement between events, keep the 170K member base warm through chapters, meetups, and ongoing programs

Must-Haves

• Strong written and verbal communication; you will be writing to speakers, sponsors, partners, attendees, and the founder on the same day

• Strong people skills, as this is a stakeholder management game

• High ownership, should never need a follow-up twice

• Multi-tasking under pressure; an event week will throw 15 fires at you and you should run toward the right 3

• Comfort with numbers, you should be able to read a conversion funnel and decide what to fix

• Working from Office, Baner, Pune, with willingness to travel for on-ground events if needed

Nice To Have

• Prior Tech / SaaS / Developer community or event experience

• Familiarity with the Testing or QA ecosystem

• Background in Computer Science, Testing, or any technical degree (not mandatory, but helps)

• Experience working with sponsors and delivering ROI to them

What You Get

• Real ownership: You will independently ship 4 to 8 events and ongoing community programs in your first 12 months

• Speed: We move in days, not weeks.

• Founder access: Direct working relationship with the founder and rest of the leadership. Feedback in hours and days, not weeks.

• Brand that opens doors

• Compensation: ₹4 to 6 LPA, based on job readiness. ESOPs consideration after year one.
