About Hudle: Why Join Hudle

Hudle is on a mission to make India play more one game, one venue, one player at a time. We're building the country's largest tech-enabled ecosystem for sports and recreational spaces, and we're doing it with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of fun.

At Hudle, you'll work with problem-solvers, playmakers, and misfits who thrive on ownership, creativity, and real-world impact. Whether you're into data, design, growth, or just a good rally on the court, there's space for you here. Come build with us, sweat with us, and change the game.

Role Overview: We're looking for a Community & Events Executive to lead and grow Hudle's on-ground sports community operations & GRIP adaptation. You will manage a growing team of GRIP volunteers and interns to drive player engagement across hundreds of games and events on the Hudle platform. You'll be responsible for building high-performing teams, creating vibrant sports communities, and ensuring every Hudle event is a memorable experience for players.

This is a leadership role that requires a sports-first mindset, strong people management skills, and a knack for energizing teams and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Game & Event Operations: Oversee the execution of GRIP-rated open play games, leagues, tournaments, and community events across Hudle venues.
  • Community Growth: Drive player acquisition and engagement, creating a strong, loyal community of amateur athletes.
  • Venue Partner Relations: Build and manage relationships with venue partners, coaches, and on-ground staff to ensure smooth collaboration and player satisfaction.
  • Experience & Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in on-ground experience across locations through SOPs, feedback loops, and active monitoring.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track key metrics like player turnout, repeat participation, and engagement trends; generate monthly reports and insights.
  • Conflict Resolution & Culture Building: Uphold community guidelines, resolve disputes, and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, event operations, or grassroots sports development.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven team leadership experience you've built and managed distributed teams before.
  • Strong passion for sports and bringing people together you're the kind of person who lights up a room or a turf.
  • Excellent communication and people skills able to lead from the front and influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing sports venues, amateur leagues, or recreational events is mandatory.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Benefits:

  • Start-up environment with plenty of learning and growth opportunities
  • Great exposure as the candidate will be working closely with the senior management.
  • Employee first culture
  • Market Salaries
  • Potential ESOPs in the future
