Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communicative Hindi Trainer located in Kochi. The Communicative Hindi Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging language lessons focused on effective communication. Responsibilities include developing structured lesson plans, conducting training sessions, assessing learners progress, and providing feedback to help them improve. The trainer will work closely with students to enhance their oral proficiency in Hindi, ensuring that learning objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong command of Hindi language, including proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
• Experience in conducting structured language training and creating lesson plans
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly
• Knowledge of educational methodologies and training techniques
• Prior teaching experience or certification in language training is advantageous
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and levels
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in lesson preparation and delivery
• A Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field is preferred
