Profile Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communication Specialist with 2-3 years of

relevant experience to drive high-impact messaging across marketing and internal channels. This role

involves owning end-to-end content creation from ad creatives and ASO assets to long-form app content

and internal communications while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

The ideal candidate combines strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for design, is comfortable working

with AI-powered content tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment. You will play a key

role in shaping how our brand communicates across platforms, while continuously experimenting with new

formats, tools, and trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end brief creation for ads, social media, and ASO creatives (including screenshots, in-app

event banners, etc.)

● Develop high-quality copy across formats, including ad copies, social media, app store long descriptions,

and campaign messaging

● Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and overall marketing objectives

● Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to strategize and visualize content-led campaigns

across all platforms

● Stay updated with Google, Meta, and TikTok ad creative policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness

● Monitor industry trends, emerging formats, and new-age tools to continuously enhance content strategy

● Support internal events and initiatives with structured and engaging communication

● Create long-form content for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and organizational updates
