Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing internal building-level and organization communications. The ideal candidate brings exceptional writing ability, a sharp editorial eye, familiarity with AI-powered writing and productivity tools, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy in every deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of communications materials
  • Review all outgoing communications for grammatical accuracy, consistency, tone, and brand alignment before distribution
  • Maintain and enforce brand voice, style guides, and editorial standards across all communication channels
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure messaging is consistent and error-free
  • Ensure timely delivery of communications with zero tolerance for factual or typographical errors
  • Monitor and track communications metrics, compiling detailed reports with precise data analysis
  • Proofread and fact-check materials produced by other team members prior to final approval
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, ambiguities, or inaccuracies in communications before they reach their intended audience

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce polished, error-free content
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with superior command of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and style guidelines
  • Proven track record of meticulous attention to detail — able to catch errors others miss
  • Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience using AI-powered writing and productivity tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI-based grammar/editing tools) to enhance communication workflows
