Title: Communications Manager

KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be based in Mumbai or Delhi, India
• 6–8 years of relevant PR and communications experience in India
• Previous experience with a luxury brand is a must, preferably within luxury watches and jewellery
• Previous experience in PR agency and corporate communications is an advantage
• Strong media relationships across relevant luxury, lifestyle, business and watch media
• Strong KOL and influencer network within the luxury and lifestyle space
• Strong understanding of the Indian luxury communications and media landscape
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to start immediately

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage day-to-day client accounts and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
• Develop and execute PR plans, campaigns and communication initiatives
• Identify relevant media opportunities and develop compelling storytelling angles
• Coordinate press engagements, events, activations and other brand moments
• Oversee press materials, coverage reports and campaign deliverables
• Provide clients with relevant market and media insights
• Support crisis communications and issues management when required
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
• Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth
