Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Communications Manager to join our team, based on-site in Bengaluru. The Communications Manager will oversee and manage internal and external communication strategies, craft compelling messages and campaigns to engage stakeholders, and represent the organization's vision. Responsibilities include creating communication content, developing communication plans, managing social media platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining relationships with external partners and media outlets. The role also involves implementing brand strategies and monitoring communication metrics to assess effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Written and Verbal Communication, Public Relations, and Storytelling
- Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation
- Proficiency in Developing Communication Strategies and Campaign Planning
- Strong skills in Editing, Proofreading, and Marketing Material Development
- Ability to Manage Teams, Collaborate Cross-Functionally, and Work Independently
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Prior experience in a Communications or Marketing role
- Familiarity with the Maithil community and its cultural heritage is a plus
