Title – Communications Lead
What's the Role
This is an exciting opportunity that involves creativity in terms of design, writing and coming up with new campaign ideas of engaging with the internal team and clients, if and when required. You will be managing end-to-end communications for the account and providing communications support to the internal leaders. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, leaders, team members as well as counterparts at the client's end.
Job Summary / Responsibilities
- Provide communication support to internal leaders / client leaders with leadership messages, team connects, etc. as per requirements.
- Collaborate with internal leaders / client leaders and organize / host internal All Hands / team connects / events for specific teams / entire project, as well as support combined All Hands held with the customers.
- Create (write and design) and publish promo mailers, calendar invites for events and recap mail with the recording link and highlights (especially for All Hands).
- Prepare Newsletters and other email communications – draft, edit, design, and publish from VMO2 Communications mailbox.
- Manage the VMO2 Communications mailbox, Spark page and VMO2 Project channel on My Tube.
Good to have:
- A creative, enthusiastic, and proactive person who can come up with new and feasible ideas to keep the Comms alive!
- You should also have good writing skills and a knack for sifting through content, editing and proofreading, as well as some video editing skills that can be used for uploading recordings of team events on My Tube.
- Good to have basic designing skills in PowerPoint or external tools like Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver as per timelines.
- Preferably with experience as required in Band U3 / U4.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Mass Communications / BBA / MBA in Marketing
