1. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the link between communications and internal teams (product, sales, HR, leadership).
- Gather and streamline briefs for campaigns, events, and key initiatives.
- Track timelines and follow up to ensure timely execution.
2. Communication Execution
- Support planning and rollout of campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content and deliverables.
3. Content Support
- Assist in drafting and editing content for social media, internal communications, and marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines.
4. Social Media Management (Support Role)
- Assist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
- Coordinate with design teams for timely publishing.
- Track basic performance metrics and support reporting.
5. Internal Communications
- Support creation of internal emails, newsletters, and announcements.
- Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives with HR.
6. Content & Asset Management
- Maintain and organise content repositories (images, videos, documents).
- Ensure assets are easily accessible and well-archived.
