Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall internal and external communications and employer branding strategy to strengthen reputation and employee pride.
  • Design and own narrative frameworks, messaging, tone of voice, and communication standards across all channels.
  • Act as strategic advisor to senior leadership for keynotes, change communications, executive messages, and thought leadership.
  • Drive employer branding, talent marketing campaigns, and candidate communication across digital platforms and career channels.
  • Lead internal communication and culture campaigns, including town halls, newsletters, announcements, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee digital and multi-channel brand presence, ensuring strong storytelling and consistent visual identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to maintain cohesive brand and communication governance.
  • Track communication and branding KPIs, optimise campaigns, and manage related budgets and agency partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, brand strategy, or talent marketing.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale communication programs and managing executive visibility.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and content design skills with a digital-first mindset.
  • Expertise in branding, campaign strategy, social media, and multi-format content (video, social, editorial).
  • Experience in multinational, high-growth, or matrixed environments with strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
  • Excellent executive communication, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with communication and employer brand metrics.
