Shapercult is a fast-growing fashion & shapewear brand redefining confidence for modern Indian women. We are building a bold, design-first brand and we're looking for a Communication Designer who can translate strategy into powerful visuals.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Communication Designer with 2+ years of experience or a strong, high-quality portfolio that speaks for itself.

You will be responsible for shaping how Shapercult communicates visually across digital, performance marketing, social media, website, packaging, and campaigns.

This is not a template-based role. We need someone who thinks, conceptualizes, and executes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creatives
• Create engaging social media visuals & campaign assets
• Develop website banners, landing page visuals & emailers
• Work on packaging, brand collaterals & launch campaigns
• Maintain and evolve brand visual identity
• Collaborate with marketing, performance & content teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in communication/graphic design
• (Freshers with exceptional portfolios can apply)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital & campaign work
• Solid design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory, composition)
• Strong understanding of D2C / fashion / lifestyle aesthetics
• Motion/Video knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work fast without compromising on quality
