About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Internal & External Communications Content Writer to craft clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across employee and external-facing channels. This role will play a critical part in shaping how our brand communicates with employees, customers, partners, media, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a strategic mindset, capable of translating complex ideas into engaging, audience-appropriate content.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Create and edit internal communications including emails, newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, announcements, and change communications
- Partner with HR, Leadership, and Internal Comms teams to support employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Ensure messaging aligns with company values, tone of voice, and business priorities
- Support executive communications such as CEO messages, town halls, and internal presentations
External Communications
- Develop content for blogs, website pages, press releases, thought leadership articles, and social media posts
- Support PR and brand teams with media-ready content and messaging
- Adapt content for different audiences including customers, partners, media, and industry stakeholders
- Maintain consistency across all external communications channels
Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Translate complex business, technical, or industry concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Collaborate with marketing, product, HR, PR, and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in content writing, corporate communications, or brand communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across internal and external formats
- Experience writing for diverse audiences including employees, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Excellent command of grammar, tone, and style
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, engaging content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, corporate, technology, or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with internal communication tools (intranets, newsletters, collaboration platforms)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
