Job Description

Position: Communications Executive

Company: BizDateUp Technologies Pvt Ltd

Location: Charni Road, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full Time

1. Role Objective:

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Communications Executive to drive two primary growth initiatives: ensuring the success of our weekly in-office Broker Meetups and securing

high-level pitch opportunities for our management team with potential fund investors across various cities as & when they travel.

2.Key Responsibilities:

A. High-Volume Broker Outreach

Daily Outreach: Perform approximately 100 outbound calls per day to our broker network. Event Promotion: Pitch the value of our weekly in-office meetups and secure firm commitments for attendance.

Lead Nurturing: Follow up with brokers to maintain high engagement levels and ensure a consistent turnout for every event.

B. Investor Meeting Generation

Strategic Pitching: Contact potential investors in various cities to introduce our fund and value proposition.

Appointment Setting: Focus on opening the doorpersuading potential investors to agree to a meeting with our Management Team during their frequent visits to various cities.

Lead Qualification: Identify the interest level of potential investors to ensure the Management Team is meeting with high-potential leads.

C. Database Management

Tracking: Maintain precise records of all calls made, interest levels expressed, and meetings secured in the company tracking system.

Reporting: Provide daily updates on conversion rates (Calls to Meetup RSVPs and Calls to Investor Meetings).

3.Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Fresher / 1 year of experience in Tele-calling, or Sales Development.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills. Must be able to switch between high-volume broker calls and high-stakes investor pitches with ease and professionalism. Sales Drive: A sales-first mindset with the stamina to maintain 100+ calls per day and the resilience to handle rejection.

Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to build quick rapport and sell the value of a meeting to busy professionals.

Education: Open to any educational background; performance and communication skills are the primary criteria.
