Communication Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct communication skills training for students and staff.
• Improve spoken English, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Organize debates, group discussions, and personality development sessions.
• Develop training materials and lesson plans.
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in building confidence and effective interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• :Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communication, or related field
• .Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• .Prior training/teaching experience preferred
• .Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
