Job Description

Conduct voice and communication training programs for employees.

Assess pronunciation, diction, grammar, fluency, and accent-related challenges.

Deliver coaching on voice modulation, intonation, articulation, and speech clarity.

Develop customized training plans based on individual and group learning needs.

Monitor trainee progress through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.

Provide one-on-one coaching to improve communication confidence and professional speaking skills.

Design and update training materials, exercises, and learning modules.

Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify communication improvement opportunities.

Support new-hire training, nesting, and ongoing development initiatives.

Maintain training records, reports, and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry best practices in voice and communication training
