Role Description The Communication Trainer will design and deliver communication-focused training sessions for aviation and hospitality students, both in-person in Guwahati and through online modes as part of a hybrid arrangement. This part-time role involves planning lesson content, conducting interactive classes, facilitating practice activities, and providing individual feedback to improve learners spoken and written communication. The trainer will support learners in developing professional communication skills for interviews, customer interactions, and multicultural work environments. Responsibilities include collaborating on curriculum updates, preparing training materials and assessments, tracking learner progress, and contributing to workshops on grooming and workplace etiquette. The role may also include mentoring learners on presentation skills and professional behavior relevant to airport, airline, and hospitality settings.

• Strong skills in Communication and Intercultural Communication to support diverse learner groups and industry-facing roles.
• Experience in Training and Curriculum Development, including planning lessons, structuring modules, and evaluating learning outcomes.
• Ability in Writing for professional, academic, and workplace communication, including reports, emails, and presentation materials.
• Prior experience as a trainer, facilitator, or educator in communication, soft skills, aviation, or hospitality is preferred.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to conduct sessions both on-site in Guwahati and online.
• Strong classroom management, feedback, and mentoring skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or soft skills are an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools for online training, such as presentation software and video-conferencing platforms.
