Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communication Trainer located in Nagpur. We are seeking a Communication Trainer to strengthen tele callers communication abilities with a strong emphasis on voice modulation, call etiquette, and customer handling. The role focuses on improving call quality, confidence, and conversion outcomes through structured training and continuous coaching.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills

Excellent verbal communication with strong voice modulation, clarity, and pronunciation

Proven experience in BPO / Telecalling / Customer Support environments

Ability to conduct classroom and on-floor training sessions

Strong knowledge of call etiquette, objection handling, and customer psychology

Experience in improving call quality, confidence, and conversion rates

Skilled in role plays, mock calls, and performance feedback

Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call monitoring tools

Capability to prepare training reports and track trainee progress
