We are looking for an experienced Communication Trainer for a freelance training assignment based in the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
Role Overview:
The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful communication skills programs for both college students and corporate professionals. The assignment requires a trainer who can adapt content and delivery styles to diverse learner groups while ensuring measurable learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct communication skills training sessions for college students and working professionals.
- Deliver programs on verbal and written communication, presentation skills, business communication, workplace etiquette, interpersonal skills, and professional effectiveness.
- Customize training content based on audience requirements.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, group activities, role plays, and assessments.
- Track participant progress and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth program delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Communication Trainer.
- Proven experience in training both college students and corporate employees.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and adapt training content as per learner needs.
- Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills.
