Role: Communication Trainer
DESIGNATION: Trainer II
LOCATION: Vadodara
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 Years

Role and key responsibilities:
. Knows, understands and appropriately applies soft skills, methods and processes required for the position.
. Keeps current with new and (or) updated soft skills / techniques, trends and development in the field
. Soft skill learning content creation including experiential learning programs on soft skills
. Thorough understanding of performance data analysis for TNA / TNI
. Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls and chats, understanding needs, conducting refresher training as per requirement
. Demonstrating innovation in training by incorporating the floor requirement into the curriculum
. Maintaining Data and MIS as per the training BPMS / requirement
. Proactively implement best practices and add value to the program
. Contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function
. Attend the Training for client or CNX requirements
. Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with the stakeholders
. Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets
. Providing Feedback to the New Hires
Key Skills and knowledge:
. Must be a confident communicator and presenter
. Strong writing, editing, publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
. Ability to facilitate classroom training sessions on soft skills
. Ability to engage participants while in training
. Ability to ask the right questions to gauge learners / participants
. Ability to motivate participants for performance
. Ability to prepare and present information using MS Word, PPT, Excel
. Ability to actively listen and accordingly bring out opportunity areas from the agents
. Ability to provide solutions for opportunity areas and further coach individuals to bring positivity and motivate for better performance
. Embed sales culture through coaching / mentoring
Educational qualification:
. Graduation
