The role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Trainer to join our team Coaching our Sales and Support engineers to bridge cultural gaps and deliver a seamless North American or British customer experience.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice coaching and a proven history of delivering high-quality training programs.
Note: This is a full-time, onsite role. Candidates must be available for afternoon shifts (2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 12 midnight) and occasional night shifts to support our global operations.
