What You'll Be Responsible For
Internal Communications: Success in this area means employees are better informed, more engaged and more connected to the organisation's purpose and priorities.
Develop newsletters, internal campaigns and communication plans.
Interview employees, leaders and subject matter experts independently.
Write feature stories, articles, reports and internal updates.
Create content for posters, standees, brochures, presentations and other communication materials.
Find new and relevant angles to communicate key messages clearly and meaningfully.
Social Media: Success in this area means social media is used as a communication channel to build trust, relevance and engagement rather than simply as a publishing platform.
Develop and manage social media content calendars.
Identify communication opportunities aligned with organisational goals.
Create content for videos, articles, carousels, static posts, polls and campaigns.
Publish and manage content across platforms, as required.
Monitor performance, engagement and audience response.
Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders where required.
Townhalls and Employee Engagement: Success in this area means townhalls are organised, relevant and useful for employees, not just well-produced as events.
Support corporate townhalls from planning through execution, under the direction of the communications lead.
Coordinate with leaders, employees, HR teams, executive assistants and other stakeholders.
Develop communication assets and internal promotion plans for townhalls.
Manage communication timelines and follow-ups.
Track participation and engagement after the townhall.
Intranet Management: You will help ensure important information is easy to find, current and presented clearly.
Publish important updates, news and stories on the intranet. Maintain content quality, accuracy and relevance.
Identify opportunities to improve readability, access and engagement.
Online Reputation Management: You will support the organisation's reputation efforts by helping connect external monitoring with internal action.
Coordinate with ORM agencies and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely information flow between agency partners and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to amplify positive stories and strengthen external perception.
Educational Qualification: Graduation or post-graduation in Literature, Communications, Humanities, or a related discipline is preferred. However, educational qualifications will not be a barrier for candidates who demonstrate exceptional writing ability, communication skills and relevant experience.
Minimum Work Experience
6-7 years of experience with 2-4 years in media relations and communications

What Matters More Than Industry Experience
Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is useful, but not mandatory. Curiosity, learning agility and strong communicationਏundamentals matter more. The person should be willing to learn new subjects quickly, understand complex business and scientific topics, and translate them into communication that people can understand and act upon.
