Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and campaigns aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies for growth.
- Manage community responses - comments, DMs, and interactions.
2. Video Creation & Editing
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Capture candid content during office hours, meetings, events, and select site visits.
- Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and platform best practices.
- Stay updated with social media video trends to produce fresh, relevant content.
3. Photography & On-Ground Content Capture
- Accompany the Managing Director and senior team for meetings, events, and occasional travel.
- Capture real-time moments - discussions, sketches, reviews, travel snippets, and behind-the-scenes interactions.
- Maintain a high-quality repository of photos, videos, voice notes, and content assets.
4. Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and visual communication assets.
- Support development of brand identity and ensure consistent application across all content.
- Create layout designs that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
5. Content Creation
- Develop written and visual content for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into clear and cohesive communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/ bachelor's degree in communication design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma (mandatory).
- Strong writing skills and understanding of digital communication.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, growth strategies, and platform trends.
- Strong visual storytelling skills—photography, videography, and video editing.
- Ability to shoot content naturally in office/meeting environments.
- Proficiency in mobile editing apps for agile content creation.
- Understanding of the architecture/design domain (preferred).
- Ability to coordinate with various teams for content access and scheduling.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for content capture.
