Common Rail (CR) Technical Support, NPD (Service) & Diagnostics - Tool Development

Title: CR technical support, NPD (Service) & Diagnostics tool development

Purpose of the Role:

To support field team for CR engines, and field performance of Common Rail CR engines. Common rail diagnostic tool development, troubleshooting and field care of new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have experience & knowledge in CR engine and systems.
• Support for CRDI engines troubleshooting in domestic and international market.
• Attend field complaints based on requirements
• SPOC for New Part Development (Service)
• Co-ordinate New product training to OEM's,
• Co-ordinate training manuals
• Monitoring infant care program.
• Fit to service with customer for new engine variants.
• SLA document sign-off with customer
• Development of diagnostic tool and validation for CRDI engines.
• Maintain historical records of Common Rail system data related to field complaints and develop a structured technical knowledge library.
• Should have experience in Excel and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
• Prepare and submit management presentations and timely technical data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with annual surveillance/internal audits and close all non-conformities (NCs) within the defined timelines.
