We are looking for a new colleague within the Corporate Materials Management Department - ZF Commodity Purchasing Aluminium Castings
Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for strategic and competitive sourcing of assigned commodity (Aluminium casting)
- Taking over Supplier Championship for India strategic suppliers. Generating and executing Sourcing and Supplier strategies
- Achieve cost saving targets and manage Raw material inflations. Responsible for Part Family Strategy & India for Export execution
- Monitor supply chain to avoid risks from supplier side
- Escalation Management and supplier Tooling Management.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant experience in Strategic Sourcing
- 6+ years of experience in the role or similar ones including Casting operations.
- Techno Commercial knowledge about Die / part design, process expertise on HPDC and problem solving is an added advantage.
- Good experience and knowledge in SAP and MS Office
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills in handling and negotiating with the suppliers as well as interpersonal and cross-cultural expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as Flexibility and high willingness to travel.
