Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Procurement Team Member to manage the
Various commodities within Procurement with a focus on defining Sourcing Process, Procurement Strategies, Monitoring & Reporting KPI's etc. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of Commodity Management and a good understanding of Procurement Process, Controls etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Productivity (Contribution to Net Income)
- RFQ of New/Existing Products, Quote & TOCO Analysis, Component Review, Sourcing Decision
- Negotiate Master Procurement Agreement, including pricing, terms & conditions, payment terms in alignment with SHS local & Global Procurement Teams.
- eSourcing
- Identify and Implement CNI Projects
- Drive/Monitor project progress and cost savings implementation.
- Utilize Supply Market Intelligence, Siemens Spend Pooling, and all commercial levers and technical levers to drive CNI.
Commodity Strategy
- Siemens Spend Data, Supply Market Intelligence, Supplier Analysis
- Develop and implement SMS (Supplier Material Strategy) with cross functional input to cover Commodity Strategies, Pooling Strategies, Supplier Strategies & Negotiation Roadmap
- SMS Update and Communication to Cross Functional Partners
- Lead Supplier Development, Communication, and Implementation
- Compliance & Adherence to purchase control procedures, Reporting and KPI's
Business Support
- Lead negotiations for Contractual Agreement, including consigned inventory, vendor managed inventory etc.
- Responsible for Overall Supplier Management and supplier relationship management. Participate in Supplier Qualification, Supplier Classification, annual supplier evaluation, & supplier development.
Reporting
- A Monthly Commodity Scorecard for India, e Sourcing Forecast, Payment Terms Update, PUMA Update and Project List etc
- Ensure PVO & ESN code transparence.
- Procurement Reporting of PVO, PPC, CNI, PUMA and other relevant KPI's

Qualifications /Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
- 7 plus years of experience in commodity/ procurement management
- Good understanding of Procurement Processes, controls etc.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), Power Point and analysis tools.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
