Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Management
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier evaluation, bidding, and contract awards
Execute category and supplier strategies aligned with business and technology goals
Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms to optimize costs and reduce risk
Identify and deliver cost savings through sourcing initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Vendor Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic supplier meetings
Collaborate with Digital Technology, Finance, and business teams for planning and forecasting
Facilitate category and stakeholder review meetings
Contract, Risk & Compliance Management
Manage contract lifecycle including SOW, RFP, RFQ, and renewals
Review contracts and SLAs to identify improvement opportunities
Monitor compliance, risks, and supplier accountability
Operational & Continuous Improvement
Participate in governance and operational meetings
Support organizational and engagement initiatives
Drive improvements in sourcing tools, processes, and analytics
