We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Institutional Desk Commodity Dealer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of commodity markets, experience in trade execution, and the ability to manage institutional client orders efficiently while adhering to risk management and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute commodity trades for institutional clients on MCX and other applicable commodity trading platforms.
• Handle client orders with accuracy, speed, and strict adherence to execution instructions.
• Monitor live commodity prices, market movements, liquidity, open positions, and trading exposures.
• Coordinate with institutional clients, sales teams, research, risk management, and operations teams.
• Track commodity market developments across bullion, base metals, and energy segments.
• Monitor margin requirements, position limits, and risk exposures in coordination with the risk team.
• Ensure accurate order management, trade reporting, and timely resolution of trade-related queries.
• Maintain proper trade records and follow applicable SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and internal compliance policies.
• Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the institutional dealing desk.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in commodity dealing, preferably on an institutional trading desk.
• Relevant NISM certification or other applicable qualifications, as required for the role.
