We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Supervisor to lead our commissioning activities for electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical power distribution systems in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commissioning activities for electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical power distribution systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure all commissioning activities are carried out efficiently and within timelines.
• Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of commissioning processes and results.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians during the commissioning phase.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in commissioning roles, preferably in power generation or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Proficiency in using commissioning tools and software for testing and validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
