From automation to integration, our IBMS team is scaling up! We're looking for a top-tier Commissioning Engineer to lead high-impact smart building projects.

Location

Core Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive ELV System Ownership: Lead the complete testing, commissioning, and validation for an extensive range of systems including Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, Access Control, Data Networking & Wi-Fi, BMS, Rodent Repellent, Water Leak Detection, and EPABX systems.
• Flawless Client Handover: Manage the seamless transition of fully operational infrastructure to the client with strict adherence to project timelines.
• On-Site Supervision: Provide active site supervision during the execution phase to ensure engineering standards are met across all installed technologies.
• Quality Optimization: Monitor installation methods to optimize overall work quality and minimize technical snags.
• Precise Documentation: Generate, compile, and maintain proper commissioning logs, test reports, and handover documentation for all systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the technical point of contact between site execution teams, specialized system subcontractors, and client representatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in testing and commissioning complex IBMS and ELV projects.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with multi-vendor systems, and excellent site management skills.
