Commissioning Engineer

Role Purpose

• Please note that this role is not based in India. Employment and work location will be in Singapore or Malaysia, subject to applicable employment eligibility requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Commissioning Manager on project-specific definition of commissioning services for Data center project
• Support Commissioning Manager on preparation of the commissioning documents (Commissioning Master Plan, Dependency Matrix and Sequence of Commissioning) and implementation of supporting tools
• Planning of commissioning as well as coordination with Design, Construction, Quality, Schedule, Procurement, EHS and Project management team
• Early involvement with Design and Procurement team to plan and organize commissioning deliverables
• Coordinate with Quality team on timely quality deliverables to start commissioning and close commissioning related Issues
• To organize Asset list and Asset based Commissioning and handover
• To prepare, review and execution of L1 to L3 and IST Commissioning test scripts
• Knowledge to support the execution of L4 and L5 Test scripts
• Coordination with Client appointed CxA agents
• Support to the Project Manager in obtaining project acceptance and Handover

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
• Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in executing Datacenter commissioning / installation of technical systems
• Strong knowledge about Level 1 to L5 Commissioning test scripts and Load bank testing plan
• Hands-on experience working with Commissioning software like Cx Alloy, Procore and ACC preferable
• Willingness to stay at the project site even for a longer period of time, willingness to travel
• Independent and customer-oriented way of working. Ability to work in a team and communication skills
