Role Description
This is a contract role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Palampur, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be performed from home. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, pitching YOP services, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working independently while achieving sales targets. Additional tasks may include conducting market research for new opportunities and providing feedback to optimize service offerings.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Experience in prospecting, client outreach, and relationship management
- Basic marketing and communication skills to confidently pitch services
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork is an advantage
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
