Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Rajkot. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting and selling products and services offered by TERRA Elevators Private Limited. Other duties include preparing sales presentations, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
• Proven time management and organization skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets
• Familiarity with the elevator or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
