Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Panchkula. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building client relationships, promoting ssv.asia's membership tiers, and showcasing the platform's key features and benefits to potential customers. Daily tasks include conducting outreach to prospective clients, managing customer inquiries, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and participating in team meetings to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent presentation skills, and experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Basic understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and the ability to effectively promote products and membership packages.
  • Customer Service: Experience in addressing client inquiries, managing concerns, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with BIM software, architecture tools, or a willingness to quickly learn the features and functionalities of ssv.asia to communicate value to customers effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and record-keeping abilities to track sales performance and client interactions.
  • Additional Qualification: A background in architecture, design, or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently on-site and take initiative to meet sales targets and deliver effective solutions.
