Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate position located in Aligarh. As a Sales Associate, you will identify and target potential clients, develop and maintain relationships, and present tailored solutions to meet their business needs. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will assist with market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sales, client relationship building, and negotiation techniques
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in the food export industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
