Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, effectively communicate the value of NextUp's e-learning platform, and drive sales through consultative selling. Key responsibilities include prospecting new customers, maintaining relationships with affiliates, presenting product offerings, and meeting sales targets. You will be an integral part of representing the company's vision of empowering learners and fostering growth in the digital economy.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Cold Calling
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Strong Digital Marketing, Social Media Engagement, and Networking abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and online collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining accountability
  • Previous experience in e-learning, education, or technology sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
