Role Description

This is a full-time & part time internship, Hybrid role located in Bareilly for a Commission Sales Associate. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process, build relationships with potential clients, present and promote Mreations creative services, and negotiate contracts. The role also involves researching market trends, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to engage and build relationships with clients
• Sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals effectively
• Familiarity with digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media trends
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand industry trends and client needs
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage
