Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Commission Sales Associate to join our team on-site in Vijayawada. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, delivering presentations to prospective clients, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain detailed records of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Market Research and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Presentation and Communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Time Management and Organizational skills to drive results
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Experience in the education or professional development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
