Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Noida, India. The role entails developing and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales to meet targets. The sales associate will provide expert consultation to clients, showcase product offerings, and address customer needs. Responsibilities include participating in sales presentations, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, negotiation abilities, and strong understanding of customer relationship management
- Familiarity with interior design concepts, knowledge of modular kitchen solutions, and related products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment and meet or exceed targets
- Prior experience in sales within the interior design or home furnishings industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
