About the Role

ARNAA is looking for passionate and persuasive Sales Executives to promote and sell our premium skincare range — including cleansers, moisturizers, sunscreens, and night creams. This is a commission-only role, ideal for self-driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

Your earnings are based on how well you sell: you keep the margin between the product's MRP and the final selling price, with up to 30% discount flexibility.

Important: You are eligible for commission only if you sell a minimum of 4 products per day.

Responsibilities

• Sell ARNAA products directly to customers, salons, wellness centers, and retailers.
• Educate buyers on skincare benefits and product usage.
• Close deals within the approved pricing structure.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and manage cold calls.
• Maintain structured records of sales and customer interactions.
• Attend online or in-person training and updates.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in field sales (preferably in beauty, wellness, or FMCG).
• Confident, self-motivated, and persuasive personality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Local language fluency: English/Hindi is a plus.
• Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

• Commission-Based Only (No fixed salary)
• Minimum 4 product sales/day required to earn commission
• Your Earnings = MRP – Selling Price (within 30% max discount)

Example:

• Product MRP = 2,000
• Sold at 1,600 You earn 200
• Sold at 1,400 (30% discount) You earn 0

No commission cap – unlimited earning potential!
