Role Description
This is a full-time, remote freelance role for a Commission-Based Lead Generator and Sales Closer. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and communication. Your responsibilities include fostering relationships with potential clients, delivering impactful sales pitches, closing deals to achieve revenue goals, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Collaboration with internal teams to improve sales approaches and market strategies will also be part of this dynamic role.
Role
Close deals for digital marketing, web, and software services
Handle discovery calls & proposal discussions
Work with warm / qualified leads (no random cold lists)
Fully remote & flexible
Compensation
Commission-only
Paid only when the deal is successfully closed
High commission percentage (discussed privately)
No cap on earnings
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in B2B service sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable closing on calls
