DigiMedix LLC is a fast-growing U.S.-based Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization, headquartered in Canada with a highly experienced India offshore operations team specializing in Medical Billing, Coding, Auditing, End-to-End RCM, AR Cleanup, Denial Management, Medical Record Summarization, Transcription, and more. With strong delivery capabilities and proven results, we are now expanding our U.S. sales presence.

Role Description

We are looking for experienced, well-connected, commission-driven RCM Sales Leaders who can bring in new clientsincluding providers, specialty clinics, third-party billing companies, EMR/EHR vendors, healthcare BPOs, and clearinghouses.

This is a purely commission-based position initially, with high earning potential and flexibility to convert to full-time, part-time or contract after your first successful client acquisition. We also consider for ON-SITE sponsorship for eligible candidates after one year term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close clients for medical billing, RCM, coding, auditing, and documentation support services.
  • Build relationships with physician groups, specialty practices, MSOs, billing companies, and healthcare tech organizations.
  • Present our capabilities and service models to decision-makers.
  • Coordinate closely with leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • Drive continuous growth through referral channels, partnerships, and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress regularly.

Commission & Incentives

  • Competitive, high-percentage commission structureamong the best in the industry.
  • One-time deal commission + long-term recurring revenue share (for monthly billing clients).
  • Higher commission slabs for large-volume or multi-provider acquisitions.
  • Eligibility for full-time or long-term contract roles after first closed deal.
  • Additional performance bonuses for consistent closures.
