Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Pastry Chef based in Worli. The Commis Pastry Chef will assist in the preparation and presentation of various bakery and pastry items to meet high standards. Daily responsibilities include the preparation and baking of desserts, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring optimal use of ingredients. Collaboration with the culinary team and supporting senior chefs will be key elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in Bakery and Baking
• Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Proficiency in Culinary Skills related to desserts and pastries
• Knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to follow recipes and guidelines consistently
• A relevant certification or diploma in Culinary Arts or Baking is preferred
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory
