Commis Chef

The Fresh Factory is a farm-to-fork cafe located in Lucknow. We offer food and beverages that support clean eating for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Our menu is carefully crafted, and we take pride in using fresh ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef. The Commis Chef will be responsible for food preparation, hygiene management, cooking, and culinary skills. The role requires effective communication with team members.

• Food preparation and cooking skills
• Good understanding of hygiene standards
• Effective communication skills
• Culinary skills such as knife handling, cooking techniques, and plating
• Prior experience as a Commis Chef or similar role is preferred
• Adaptability, ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Diploma/certification in culinary arts or related field is desirable
