Job Title: Commis Chef – Asian / Chinese Cuisine (Catering)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are a catering company in Gurgaon looking for a Commis Chef with good experience in Asian and Chinese cooking.

Responsibilities:

• Cook Chinese, Thai and Pan-Asian dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, dim sum, Thai curries, sauces)
• Bulk cooking for events, parties and large orders
• Daily prep: chopping, marination and mise en place
• Maintain the same taste and quality in every batch
• Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene and FSSAI standards

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a Chinese or Asian kitchen
• Good wok handling and knife skills
• Comfortable with bulk cooking and late event hours
• Trained freshers can also apply
