Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commi 3 role based in Ghaziabad. The Commi 3 will support kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, basic cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior culinary team members. Responsibilities include following standardized recipes, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring workstation cleanliness and readiness throughout service. The role involves preparing mise en place, organizing ingredients, and storing food properly to minimize waste and maintain quality. The Commi 3 will also collaborate with team members, communicate clearly during busy service periods, and help with inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Food Preparation and Cooking, with basic Culinary Skills suitable for a high-volume, cinema-based F&B operation.
- Demonstrated understanding of hygiene standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams during service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, QSR, hotel, or multiplex environment preferred.
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
