Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commi 1 at Riviera Sarovar Portico Pathankot. The Commi 1 will assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of hygiene. Responsibilities also include maintaining kitchen organization, following recipes, and supporting senior chefs as needed to deliver excellent culinary experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Proficient in Culinary Skills and understanding of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of Hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Effective Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
- Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A relevant culinary degree or certification is preferred but not mandatory
