Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 1, located in North Goa. The Commi 1 will assist in food preparation, execute cooking tasks under supervision, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The role includes assisting in meal plating while ensuring quality and presentation align with established standards. Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operation and adherence to food safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
• Strong knowledge and application of food Hygiene standards
• Effective Communication skills to support teamwork
• Demonstrated ability in Cooking and meal presentation
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage
