The cafe operates from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is committed to providing an innovative space where professionals can connect and collaborate.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commi 1 to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role that entails assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen staff to provide an exceptional culinary experience. Key responsibilities include cooking, preparing, and presenting high-quality dishes while adhering to kitchen safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the head chef and contribute towards maintaining the daily operations of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills related to food preparation and plating
• Strong knowledge and practice of Hygiene and cleanliness protocols
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with kitchen staff and team members
• Relevant experience in food preparation and a background in culinary arts, or professional cooking courses, is an advantage
• Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
